This includes the mobile and tablet versions as well as any other version of City Cab Puerto Rico accessible via desktop, mobile, tablet, social media or other devices.

- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This agreement sets forth legally binding terms for your use of City Cab Puerto Rico. By registering and using the website, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this agreement, you should not use the website and discontinue use of the service immediately. We may modify this agreement from time to time, and such modification shall be effective upon its posting on City Cab Puerto Rico. You agree to be bound by any modification to this terms and conditions when you use City Cab Puerto Rico after any such modification is posted; it is therefore important that you review this agreement regularly. City Cab Puerto Rico may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the services to any entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. If you register on City Cab Puerto Rico, you will be required to choose a password, and you may be asked for additional information regarding your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify City Cab Puerto Rico of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session. You may never use another user’s account without prior authorization from City Cab Puerto Rico. City Cab Puerto Rico will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this agreement. By providing City Cab Puerto Rico with your email address and phone number, you agree that we may use your email address to send you notifications about your service and reservation status, important communications about our services, news and special content. We may also use your email address and phone number to send you notifications via SMS messages, push notifications and other messages, such as changes to service features and important news about our services. If you do not wish to receive these emails, SMS messages or push notifications, you may opt-out of receiving them by sending us your request through our contact information or by using the “unsubscribe” option in emails or by replying with the word “STOP” to SMS messages. Opting out may prevent you from receiving emails, SMS messages and push notifications about the status of your service and reservation. Users may cancel their accounts at any time and for any reason by following the instructions on the platform or by sending us their request through our contact information. That termination will only result in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all the personal data granted to City Cab Puerto Rico. City Cab Puerto Rico reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if City Cab Puerto Rico believes that you have breached any of these terms, furnished City Cab Puerto Rico with false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the platform or the service by others. - SERVICE BOOKING
Users will be able to book services through our booking system available on the website and the app. Users must be 18 years of age or older to make reservations for cab services through our booking system. No bookings are allowed from persons under 18 years of age. City Cab Puerto Rico reserves the right to make any necessary verifications during the booking or registration process. The price of the services will be determined based on the rates established by City Cab Puerto Rico and the type of service booked by the user through the reservation system. The cost of the services may vary depending on the distance of the route selected by the user when booking the service. Users will be able to book the date and time of pick-up, select the pick-up location, the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. Users will also be able to select the type of vehicle according to our established rates. The user must request and select a suitable size car for the number of passengers and luggage. City Cab Puerto Rico cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as a passenger. Once the service specifications, including location, date and time of pick-up have been selected through our reservation system, the user will be required to provide a credit card to secure the reservation. Payment for the service will not be charged until 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Once your credit card has been charged, the reservation will be confirmed and the service will be provided according to your specifications at the time of booking. You must allow sufficient time when booking your taxi to allow for the check-in times required by your airline and for any delays caused by traffic conditions. City Cab Puerto Rico shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time. Users can make changes to their reservation up to 24 hours before the programmed pick-up time. Users can cancel their booking by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling our contact number during our office hours. Please note that cancellations within 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable. Check the rates of our services on the website or through our contact information. City Cab Puerto Rico reserves the right to determine the rates of our services and to modify them at any time and without prior notice. City Cab Puerto Rico may cancel any booked service and may change or discontinue the availability of services at any time at its sole discretion. In the event a service is cancelled, City Cab Puerto Rico will make every effort to reschedule the service, if the user does not wish to reschedule the service, the user will be refunded the full amount paid to book the service through the original method of payment used by the user. The information that users provide through the booking of services will be processed and stored in accordance with our privacy policy. - RATES AND PRICES
City Cab Puerto Rico reserves the right to determine the prices of its services. Although our rates are regulated by the competent authority of Puerto Rico (NEGOCIADO DE TRANSPORTE Y OTROS SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS – NTSP), the rates reflected in our booking system include the charges and commissions of our payment processors. The user declares that by booking and using our services, the user agrees to pay the rates reflected in our booking system, which may be higher than the rates stipulated by the competent authority of Puerto Rico (NTSP). Please note the following special rates before booking a service through our reservation system: Pets: $5. Surfboard: $10 Bicycle: $10 City Cab Puerto Rico will use reasonable efforts to keep the pricing and rate information published on the website and on the application up to date. We encourage you to periodically check our website for updated information on our prices and rates. We will always try to keep our rates and the calculation of the total price of services through our booking system correct and accurate. However, from time to time some errors may occur in the calculation of prices, including, but not limited to, human, mechanical or similar errors. In the event that an error in pricing and rates is discovered, the user will be informed of the error and given the option to reconfirm the booking and service at the correct price. The user also has the option to cancel the booking if they are not satisfied with the correct price. City Cab Puerto Rico is not responsible for incorrect automatic calculations of our rates through the booking system available on the website and app. - PAYMENTS
Payments for services scheduled through the website will be made through the payment processors available in City Cab Puerto Rico. Payment will be charged to the payment method selected at the time of booking our services through our booking system. Once the transaction is processed, we will send you an electronic receipt of the transaction to the email address you provide. If you find any inconsistency in your billing, please contact us through our contact information or you can make the claim through the customer service of the corresponding payment platform. If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. No payment will be charged to your card and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card issuing bank withdraws the authorization. This usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Your card may be declined for various reasons such as insufficient funds, AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch or you have entered an incorrect security code. If your payment is declined, you must provide an alternative payment method or provide another card where payment can be charged and processed. - SERVICE RULES
Please refer to the following provisions before booking our services: City Cab Puerto Rico is not responsible for lost or stolen items that users may leave inside the vehicles. Please check your personal items before leaving the vehicles. Users are responsible for any damage to the vehicle including but not limited to negligence. The minimum charge is $250.00. The charge may be collected through the payment method selected by the user during the user’s reservation or registration. Users are responsible for damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by incidents such as vomiting or food spills. The minimum charge is $250.00. The charge may be collected through the payment method selected by the user during the user’s reservation or registration. Smoking is prohibited in any City Cab Puerto Rico vehicle. City Cab Puerto Rico reserves the right to terminate and cancel any service due to inappropriate behavior, including any behavior that may involve physical or verbal aggression against our drivers. - DISCLAIMER
