SABOREA PUERTO RICO MAY 18 – 21, 2017 – THE CULINARY EVENT OF THE YEAR

Saborea Puerto Rico is Puerto Rico’s and the Caribbean’s largest Culinary Festival and this year along with the main culinary extravaganza at Escambron Beach on Saturday and Sunday May 20 – 21, you can also enjoy Bubbles and Bites on Thursday May 18th and A Privileged Taste of Saborea on Friday May 19th During the event local and internationSal culinary personalities will be showcasing their love for all things food and drink with sample tastings and kitchen demonstrations.

Saborea Puerto Rico the breakdown:

Thursday May 18 – Bubbles& Bites @ Escambrom Beach
Bubbles & Bites is the opening night of this year’s Saborea Puerto Rico, where guests will enjoy tapas and drinks from top local Puerto Rican Chefs. The event will be held at Escambrom Beach.

Friday 19th – A Privileged Taste of Saborea @ Escambron Beach
Twenty of Puerto Rico’s distinguished chefs will ‘wow’ you with their culinary creations during an intimate sit-down event. Each chef will host a 10-person table and will prepare an incomparable meal for a privileged group. Wine pairing is included with dinner and the proceeds will go to the PRHTA’s Educational Fund.
Saturday and Sunday May 20 & 21st – Grand Tasting
The main two days of Saborea Puerto Rico will be held at Escambron Beach where guests will find Tasting Pavilions with over 30 local restaurants showcasing their dishes, demo kitchens from local and internationally renowned chefs, as wells as rums, wines, beers, coffee and desserts stations.
